摘要
企业技术创新的成功率影响企业技术创新动力。风险投资通过提高企业技术创新能力,转移、分散并降低技术创新风险,为企业提供多样化的服务,从而提高企业技术创新的成功率;风险投资能形成激励企业技术创新的制度安排,因而风险投资具有对企业技术创新动力的作用。
The motivation of enterprise technology innovation is seriously influenced and determined by their successful rate , which can be raised through diversified services of venture capital like enhancing the ability of technology innovation, transferring , decentralizing and decreasing the risk. Still the role of venture capital as a mechanism of motivation can construct an institution arrangement which can encourage technology innovation.
