Research of the Stability of Strategic Alliance——Based on the Deep Cases Analysis of Kodak-Lucky Alliance

不稳定性是战略联盟中的常见问题,对联盟战略的持续稳定实施往往构成了巨大威胁。文章从战略伙伴选择、联盟类型、联盟战略适应性以及联盟双方信任程度等因素入手,对跨国巨头柯达与中国本土企业乐凯之间跨国联盟的解体进行深入分析,得出联盟伙伴之间的战略适应性、联盟内信任机制构建对增强联盟稳定性具有重要的作用。

The instability is the common problem in strategy alliance, and it severely threatens the successful implementation and continual development of strategic alliance. Starting from the factors such as the choice of strategic partnership, the alliance type, strategic adaptability as well as the degree of trust between alliance. This article deeply analyses the disintegration of transnational alliance of imaging industry between transnational giant Kodak and the Chinese local enterprise Lucky. On this bases, we conclude that strategic adaptability between strategic partnership and the construction of trust mechanism in alliance plays an important role in alliance stability.
