联合投资伙伴选择、伙伴关系与风险企业成长绩效关系研究

Study on the Relation of Partner Selection,Partnership and Venture Enterprise Growth Performance in the Syndication of Venture Capital

文章首先通过对西安地区的风险投资公司和风险企业的小样本调查完善了研究量表,然后,以南京、合肥、西安以及济南四地的112家风险企业为研究对象,通过可靠性检验、探索性因子分析以及典型相关分析研究了联合风险投资中伙伴选择、伙伴关系与风险企业成长绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明:在联合风险投资中,恰当的伙伴选择对建立良好的伙伴关系有积极的促进作用;恰当的伙伴选择对风险企业成长绩效有显著的促进作用;良好的伙伴关系对风险企业成长绩效有显著的促进作用。

This article firstly perfected the studying scale through a little sample survey to the venture capital firms and venture capitalbacked firms in Xi＇ an, then, used the data from 112 venture capital - backed firms of four places in Nanjing, Hefei ,Xi＇ an and Jinan, and the methods of reliability verification, exploratory factor analytic and canonical correlation analysis to study the relationship among partner selection, partnership and venture enterprise growth performance. The result of study shows that ：in syndication of venture capital, the appropriate partner selection can promote the fostering of strong partnership ; an appropriate partner selection will promote the venture enterprise growth performance significantly; and a strong partnership can promote the venture enterprise growth performance significantly.
