超声乳化治疗伴有晶状体改变的青光眼

Clinical observation of phacoemulsification on management of glaucoma with changes in the lens

目的探讨超声乳化人工晶状体植入治疗伴有品状体改变的青光眼的手术效果。方法伴有晶状体改变的青光眼35例（42眼）。其中伴有不同程度白内障的原发性闭角型青光眼22眼，白内障膨胀期继发急性闭角型青光眼9眼，晶状体半脱位继发青光眼6眼，晶状体融解性青光眼5眼。全部病例实施晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术。术后随访3～24月，对治疗效果进行分析。结果术后眼压正常者40眼（95．24％）；视力提高者38眼（90．48％）；未出现严重的并发症。结论晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植入术是治疗伴有晶状体改变的青光眼的一种较有效的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation for glaucoma with changes in the lens. Methods Thirty-five cases （42 eyes ） were studied, in which 22 eyes were primary angle-closure glaucoma with different degree cataract,9 eyes were acute angle-closure glaucoma due to intunescent cataract,6 eyes were glaucoma due to dislocation of lens, and 5 eyes of phacolytic glaucoma. All cases were performed with phacoemulsification and IOL implantation, and followed-up 3-24 months. Results The postoperative intraocular pressure were under control in 40 cases （95.24%） ,visual acuity was well improved in 38 eyes （90.48%）. No severe complication was observed in these patients. Conclusions Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation is an effective treatment for glaucoma with changes in the lens.
