摘要
目的探讨丝裂霉素C(MMC)在准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)中应用的作用。方法将近视150例(300眼)按左、右眼随机分为2组,其中MMC组150眼,术中在完成切削后将浸有0.02%MMC的海绵片覆盖于角膜切削区基质床上2min;对照组150眼术中将浸有BBS液的海绵置覆盖于切削区基质床上2min。术后定期随访观察两组角膜haze形成、角膜上皮愈合时间、视力恢复情况及屈光度。结果术后1月、3月、6月MMC组haze轻于对照组(P<0.05),两组眼部刺激症状、角膜上皮愈合时间及屈光度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论LASEK术中应用0.02%MMC可减轻haze的形成,无毒副作用产生。
Objective To observe the effect of mitomycin C in LASEK surgery. Methods The left and fight of eyes of 150 patients was randomly divided into two groups, 0.02% MMC sponge was put on to the cornea ablation area in 2 minutes during the operation in 150 eyes of MMC group; BBS sponge was put on to the cornea ablation area in 2 minutes during the operation in 150 eyes of the control group. Regular follow-up was done to observe the haze formation, cornea epithelium healing time, the recovery of visual acuity and diopter of the two groups. Results Postoperative 1 month, 3 month and 6 month the haze in MMC group was lighter than that of control group (P 〈 0.05 ). There was no difference of ocular irritation symptom, corneal epithelium healing time, the visual acuity recovery and diopter between the control group and MMC group(P〉0.05). Conclusions The application of 0.02% MMC during LASEK operation could reduce the formation of haze. There is no side effect.
