摘要
目的探讨新型环形双齿眼球固定镊在准分子激光手术中固定眼球的作用。方法作者研制的环形双齿眼球固定镊头部为半环形,有双齿,在半环形的中部有一斜行双臂呈钝角连于镊柄,双齿闭合后在一个平面上。临床上对80例(160眼)使用环形双齿眼球固定镊,另80例(160眼)使用自动跟踪设备进行准分子激光手术。结果比较环形双齿眼球固定镊与自动跟踪组的效果,发现环形双齿眼球固定镊的有效性在于快速固定眼球、不发生眼球旋转、缩短手术时间、减少散光轴向的偏移,而且术后角膜地形图的平滑型多于自动跟踪组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床试用结果说明,环形双齿眼球固定镊用于准分子激光手术对于精神紧张,眼球位置配合欠佳者能达到如下目的:有效固定眼球,消除眼球旋转,获得更加完美的手术效果。
Objective To evaluate effect with new type circular twin-toothed fixation foreeps (CTTFF) to fix eyeball in excimer laser operation. Methods The head of twin-toothed fixation forceps we worked out is half circular, in the middlie of head, there is a slanting line of dual-arm with obtuse angle connected to the forceps handle, the twin-toothed close on one plane. Eighty patients (160 eyes) were treated with the CTrFF and eighty patients (160 eyes) were treated with automatic following pupil. Results Compared to the two groups, it was effective in fix eyeball quickly without rotation, it could also shorten the time of operation, decrease the movement of the astigmtism axis. After operation, smooth-type conea topographic map of CTTFF was better than that automatic following group. There were statistica significance. ( P 〈 0.01 ) Conclusions CTrFF in patients who are nervous and uncooperative, can effevtively fix the eyeball without rotation, increase the stability of active and passive follow and the accuracy of astigmatism axis, so can get more perfect result.
