中晚孕胎儿大脑中动脉血流搏动指数的测值及临床意义(附613例分析) 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨中晚孕胎儿大脑中动脉(MCA)血流搏动指数(PI)的临床意义,为临床判断胎儿脑血供情况提供客观依据。方法应用彩色多普勒技术对613例28~40孕周胎儿大脑中动脉血流进行检测,并对晚孕胎儿进行跟踪随访。结果MCA的PI值随孕周的增加而降低,晚孕胎儿MCA的PI值低于均值二个标准差,预测胎儿宫内缺氧有较高的可信度。结论检测胎儿MCA的PI值对预测胎儿宫内缺氧有重要意义,有良好的临床价值。
