摘要
首先基于ANSYS对传感器轴承的环形磁体进行建模并定性和定量地分析了沿x轴方向上的磁感应强度变化,然后将这一结果与理论推导计算进行对比,从原理和方法上比较了两者的异同以及对磁体表面磁场强度的影响,最后对传感器轴承多极环形磁体表面的磁场进行分析,探讨了实际加工生产的多极环形磁体对传感器轴承输出精度的影响。
Based on ANSYS software, the magnetic field of the multi - pole ring magnet is analyzed for the sensor bearings. First, the model of ring magnetic is set up and the magnetic flux density along the x axis is discussed. Then a comparison between the former result and the theoretically one is made. At last, some factors are discussed in manufacturing of the ring magnet, which have a strong influence on the resolution of the sensor bearing.
