摘要
采用有限元法计算了实心转子永磁同步电动机在不同的气隙长度条件下的气隙磁密、空载反电动势、功率因数、效率和起动转矩,在计算过程中考虑了定转子相对运动及定子斜槽等因素;22kW实心转子永磁同步电动机的计算和实验结果表明,电机气隙长度对气隙磁密、空载反电势、功率因数、效率和起动转矩均有较大的影响。
Under different air gap length, the air gap magnetic field, back electromotive force, power factor, power efficiency and starting torque of the solid rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) were calculated by means of electromagnetic field numerical method. The method considered the skewed slot and the motor's stator relatively moving to the rotor. A self - designed 22 kW solid rotor PMSM was calculated. Finally, experiment result was given. The result showed the air gap length high influenced the parameters of the solid rotor PMSM.
