摘要 应用dSPACE半物理仿真系统,研制一套电动伺服系统硬件在回路实时仿真实验平台。研究了基于dSPACE系统的运动控制系统半物理仿真实验平台的系统结构及开发流程,设计了一种适合于多种类型电机的通用电机驱动装置,最后在该实时仿真实验平台上研究了无刷直流电动机伺服控制系统的设计,并通过实验结果验证了系统设计的合理性及控制的有效性。研究成果表明,dSPACE实时仿真系统为运动控制系统的研究与开发提供了一个良好的实验平台,大大提高了研究工作的效率。 DSPACE implementation of hardware in loop real - time simulation laboratory plants for motion control was built in this paper. The system structure design and development steps were analyzed and a general motor driver which was fit for more kinds of motors was developed. Additionally, the system design and control strategy of brushless DC motor (BLDCM) servo system on the state - of - the art dSPACE was described in details. Experimental results showed that dSPACE based real time simulation system was an excellent platform for the motion control research which enhanced the research work efficiency.
