电针合腕踝针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Electroacupuncture Combined with Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的观察电针合腕踝针治疗腰椎间盘突出的疗效。方法将80例患者按就诊顺序随机分为2组,分别采用电针法、电针合腕踝针法治疗,两组均治疗2个疗程(20次)。结果电针合腕踝针组的治愈率(55.0%)明显高于电针组(32.5%)。结论腕踝针能显著提高治愈率;电针合腕踝针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种简单而有效的方法。

Objective To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods The patients were randomly allocated to two groups, and given electroacupuncture combined with wrist-andkle acupuncture and electroacupouncture. Results The cure rate in the group of electreacupuncture combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture was preceded that in the group of electroacupuncture. Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture is a simple and effective treatment on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
