针刺对粘连性肠梗阻大鼠血浆和肠黏膜自由基的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察针刺对粘连性肠梗阻大鼠肠黏膜和血浆自由基的影响。方法75只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、灌肠组、针刺组,观察针刺对粘连肠梗阻大鼠肠黏膜及血浆一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果针刺组较模型组大鼠血浆和肠黏膜SOD含量明显增加,而NO和MDA含量显著降低。结论针刺对损伤后肠黏膜的自由基具有一定积极的调节作用。 Objective To investigate the influence on free radicals in intestinal mucosa and serum of adhesive ileus rats. Methods Seventy SD rats were randomly allocated to normal, sham operation, model, enema and acupuncture groups. The influence of acupuncture on NO, SOD and MDA contents was investigated in the intestinal mucosa and serum of the rats with adhesive ileus. Results SOD content was significantly increased and NO and MDA contents were significantly decreased in the intestinal mucosa and serum of the acupuncture group of rats as compared with the model group: Conclusion Acupuncture has a certain active regulating effect on free radicals in injured intestinal mucosa.
