摘要
介绍了低温节能型吹风气余热回收技术的实际应用情况,吹风气余热回收装置产生的蒸汽达20t/h(5.3MPa,475℃),折吨氨节约标煤121.48kg,所产高品位蒸汽先用于发电再供造气使用,实现二级利用,回收的蒸汽每小时可发电约3000kW.h。针对该技术在生产实践中存在的余热锅炉管束积灰和环保达标问题进行了探讨,并提出处理建议及对策。
The application of the technology is presented of the low-temperature and energy-saving type blown gas waste heat recovery. The steam turned out by the blown gas waste heat system is 20 ton per hour with a temperature of 475℃ at 5.3 MPa, which can save about 121.48 kg standard coal of per ton ammonia. The steam is used to generate power first and then is used in gasification. Twostage utilization of the steam is realized and about 3 000 kW ·h power is generated per hour. The problems of the technology in the production, such as ash deposition at the tube bundle of waste heat boiler, and upto the standards of environment protection are inquired. The treatment suggestions and countermeasure are put forward.
