摘要
销孔螺栓在服役期限内发生断裂。借助扫描电子显微镜对断口形貌及显微组织进行观察分析。结果表明,由于销孔螺栓的热处理工艺不当,使其显微组织成为珠光体+沿晶界分布的网状铁素体及魏氏体组织,造成晶界弱化,使得销孔螺栓强度降低,在应力的作用下发生疲劳断裂。
Pin hole bolt ruptures under its service. Observe and analyze rupture appearance and microstructure by means of SEM. The result shows that improper heat treatment technics causes the microstructure of the pin hole bolt being made of pearlite and network ferrite with , making the grain boundary serious weakness. The pin hole bolt happens fatigue crack because of stress concentration and its lower strength.
