摘要
在水溶液中高能机械球磨金属粉末(水磨法)成功地制备了Mn3O4,Cu2O,Fe3O4等金属纳米氧化物以及Zn(OH)2和ZnO的混合粉末,在球磨过程中金属粉末表面反应层的不断剥落引发固液反应的发生。制得的粉末平均粒度在20-100nm之间。调整溶液的pH值可控制反应速率及产物的形成。
Nano-partieles of metal oxides Mn3O4, Cu2O and Fe304 and powders of the mixture of Zn( OH)2 and ZnO have been successfully prepared by high-power mechanical ball milling in water solution (wet milling process). The solid-liquid reactions can be induced by the continuous peeling-off of the reacted layer on the surface of the powder during milling. The mean size of the as-prepared particles is about 20 - 100 nm. The reaction rate and the product formation can be controlled by adjusting the pH value of the solution.
