武夷岩茶、绿茶在小鼠上抗缺氧作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 30只成年小鼠按相近体重分为对照和2个试验组做武夷岩茶和绿茶的抗缺氧作用试验。三组的体质量分别为21.75±2.04、22.10±1.76、21.80±1.53(g);对照组喂基础饲料、饮自来水;2个试验组分别在饲料内添加5%的武夷岩茶和绿茶,饮0.5%的茶汤。试验3周后测定常压缺氧窒息死亡时间。结果对照组为19.65±2.14(min),武夷岩茶组为37.81±11.13(min),绿茶组为42.75±18.44(min),两试验组的存活时间极显著延长(P<0.01)。证明武夷岩茶和绿茶均有显著的抗缺氧作用,两种茶叶的抗缺氧效果相似(P>0.05)。 The 30 adult little rats were set up to one control group and two experimental groups for test of anti—anoxia effect on Wuyi rock tea and green tea. Weight of three groups was 21.75±2.04,22.10±1.76、21.80±1.53(g)respectively. The control group was fed by basic feed and running water,the two experimental groups fed by feed was added 5% Wuyi rock tea and green tea respectively, and 0.5% made tea for drinking. After 3 weeks the die time by suffocate at normal air pressure on little rats was determined. The result showed as follows:the die time of control group was 19.65±2.14(min),the die time of experimental group with Wuyi rock tea was 37.81 ±11. 13 (min), the die time of experimental group with green tea was 42.75 ±18.44(min), the die time of two experimental groups had been extend markedly(P〈0.01), the results showed the two teas having marked effect of Anti—anoxia,and the effect of two teas was similar(P〉0.05).
