摘要
以八角香兰为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取八角香兰挥发油。通过正交试验分析,确定了最佳的提取工艺条件为:浸泡时间20 h,固液比1∶10,粉碎粒径<1 190μm。在此条件下测得八角香兰挥发油含量为9.12%。用气相色谱-质谱联用法,鉴定出22种化学成分。其中黄樟醚含量最高,占挥发油总量的92.81%,为挥发油的主要成分。
The volatile oil in michelia hedyosperma lew was extracted by steam distillation. By using the orthogonal experimental designing, the technological conditions for extraction of volatile oil from michelia hedyosperma lew were determined as follows: (1) time of soaking: 20 h; (2) solid-liquid ratio: 1 to 10; (3) particle size of michelia hedyosperma lew: 〈1 190 μm. Relative content of volatile oil found under the optimum conditions was 9.12%. Tweenty two compounds were found and identified by GC-MS,, among which safrole was found to hold the highest relative content of 92. 81%, and to be the main component of the volatile oil.
