摘要
建立了固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱法测定隐形眼镜护理液中聚胺丙基双胍的方法。用Spe-ed WCX固相萃取柱(500 mg/3 mL)将样品浓缩富集后,以Shiseido C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分离柱,以pH 4.0的乙-腈20 mmol·L^-1乙酸铵(体积比16比84)为流动相,检测波长为235 nm,7 min内测定样品中聚胺丙基双胍。方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.046 mg·L^-1,相对标准偏差为3.3%(n=7),线性范围为100-800 mg·L^-1,加标回收率93.5%-110.9%。
SPE-RHPLC was applied to the determination of polyhexamethylenebiguanide (PHMBG) in lens cleaning-disinfectant solution. PHMBG was enriched on the Spe-ed WCX solid phase extraction column and separated on the shiseido C18 column. A mixed solution of acetonitrile and 20 mmol · L^-1 ammonium acetate (mixed at a ratio of 16 to 84) at pH 4. 0 was used as mobile phase. UV-detection at 235 nm was adopted in the determination. Linear relationship between values of peak area and concentration of PHMBG was obtained in the range of 100-800 mg · L^-1 , and detection limit (S/N=3) of the method was found to be 0. 046 nag · L^-1. Tests for recovery and precision were performed and results of recovery in the range from 93. 5% to 110. 9% and value of RSD's (n=7) of 3. 3% were obtained. Whole process of a determination was completed within 7 min.
