核因子-κB在宫颈癌中的研究进展

摘要 核因子-κB(nuclearfactor-kappaB,NF-κB)是真核细胞的转录因子,研究发现其与肿瘤的发生、发展有关,并在肿瘤化疗耐药中发挥重要作用。在宫颈癌组织中存在NF-κB的组成性激活;人乳头状瘤病毒(humanpapil-lomavirus,HPV)E6蛋白可激活NF-κB而产生抗凋亡作用;化疗药物会引起宫颈癌组织中NF-κB活化,可能与其耐药性有关;NF-κB在宫颈癌细胞中存在双重凋亡效应。因此,NF-κB可以作为宫颈癌治疗的潜在靶点,调控其活性对宫颈癌的治疗尤其在增加化疗敏感方面有积极意义。
