摘要
针对影响腐蚀失效模式因素的模糊性,利用失效模式影响及致命度分析方法、模糊集理论和模糊综合评价方法,提出一种防腐蚀优先顺序综合评价方法。根据统计资料,将稠油加工装置易腐蚀部位分为5种类型,即:管道、机泵阀、换热设备、塔器及储罐,提出了11种腐蚀模式,进行了稠油加工装置防腐蚀优先顺序模糊综合评价,所得到的结果比较客观的反映了真实的腐蚀情况。这种方法为此类装置的防腐蚀管理提供了量化数据。
Bsed upon the fuzziness of corrosion- affecting factor, an evaluation method for the priority order of corrosion protections was proposed using FMECA, fuzzy theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. On the basis of statistic data, the locations subject to corrosion in processing heavy oil were classified as pipelines, pumps, valve, heat exchangers, tower vessels and storage tanks. 11 corrosion forms were presented and the priority order of corrosion protections in processing heavy oil was comprehensively evaluated. The evaluation results reflected the true nature of the corrosion, which provided good quantitative information for corrosion protection management.
