Cathodic Protection for Gathering Pipeline Network of Old Block Gas Field

老区块气田集输管网使用年限长,管道外防腐蚀层破损严重,普遍存在腐蚀现象。而且由于管网分布复杂,部分管道压力较高,对其实施阴极保护时不适合安装绝缘接头。文章结合中国石油化工股份有限公司中原油田分公司天然气产销厂的天然气集输管网工程,介绍了6个集气站集输管网的阴极保护情况。

The gathering pipeline network of old block gas field have been running for a long time. The external corrosion protection coating of the pipeline network have been severely damaged and the corrosion has been found in all pipelines. As the pipeline network is complex in layout and the pressure of some pipelines is too high, the insulation joints can not be installed in cathodic protection. The cathodic protection of gathering pipeline networks of 6 gas gathering stations is introduced based upon a natural gas gathering pipeline network project of Natural Gas Production ＆ Sales Plant of ZPEB.
