摘要 阐述热释电探测器NEP参数的测量原理和方法,分析热释电探测器NEP测量不确定度的来源,计算NEP实际测量中的测量不确定度,计算结果表明,测量环境和测量过程中探测器光敏元与辐射源的准直度是影响热释电探测器NEP测量不确定度的主要因素,指出提高热释电探测器NEP参数测量质量的措施。 The measurement principle and method of the pyroelectric detector NEP are discussed, the source of uncertainty is analyzed and the uncertainty with NEP practical measurement is calculated. The results show that primary factors of uncertainty are measurement environment and alignment between detector and radiation source. The way improving measurement quality is indicated.
