有机红外半导体酞菁铒的合成及光学表征 被引量:1

摘要 用固相合成法和液相合成法分别合成了酞菁铒。测试了酞菁铒在氯仿溶液中的UV-Vis吸收光谱、酞菁铒粉末在KBr薄片中的FT-IR光谱和石英基片上酞菁铒固体薄膜椭圆偏振光谱,分析和讨论了各个光谱中吸收峰的归属和与之对应的能级结构。光谱表征表明酞菁铒为三明治结构,其在1.4~1.8μm的近红外波段有明显的红外吸收。 Phthalocyanine Erbium (III) (Pc2Er) has been synthesized by means of solid phase synthesis and liquid phase synthesis. The UV-Vis absorbance spectrum of Pc2Er chloroform solution, the FT-IR absorbance spectrum of Pc2Er powder in KBr thin film, and the ellipsometric spectrum of Pc2Er thin solid film on silica substrate have been tested. The assignments of absorbance peaks in each spectrum and their corresponding energy levels structure have been analyzed and discussed. The spectral characterizations show that the prepared Pc2Er has a sandwich structure, and the sandwich-structured Pc2Er has an obvious infrared absorbance at near infrared band of 1.4~1.8 μm.
