摘要 供暖散热器在运行状态时会出现各种故障,需要寻求一种在线快速检测技术。通过建立供暖散热器传热模型,分析了红外热像仪检测散热器故障的可行性。在供暖散热器故障模式分类的基础上,选取典型供暖散热器故障红外热像图,采用热像特征、相间(或横向)互比和同相(或纵向)比较相组合的分析比较判别法对其红外热像特征进行分析,结合散热器的结构、运行状况和安装工艺等情况,开发了供暖散热器故障在线检测技术。 There are various faults in the running of heating-radiator. It is desired to develop an online detection method to judge if there is the potential heating-radiator fault. With the heating model of heating-radiator establishing, the feasibility of the heating-radiator fault detection through the infrared thermal imager is conformed. Based on the fault mode classification of heating-radiator, its typical infrared thermographs are chosen to abstract the infrared imaging characteristics of faults by employing the infrared imaging characteristics, horizontal or vertical discriminance. An online detection method for heating-radiator fault is developed according to the imaging characteristics of faults, heating-radiator's structure and processing technology.
