宫腔镜下子宫粘膜下肌瘤电切术67例临床分析

67 Cases Of Clinical Analysis On Submucosal Myoma Of Uterus Treated By Electric Excision Under Hysteroscope

目的探讨宫腔镜下子宫粘膜下肌瘤电切术的要点和治疗效果及优越性。方法对临床诊断67例子宫粘膜下肌瘤(其中37例为0型,22例为Ⅰ型,8例为Ⅱ型),最大直径为3cm,行宫腔镜电切术。结果67例宫腔镜电切手术顺利,无并发症发生,术后随访6个月～2年,临床治疗效果满意。结论宫腔镜下子宫粘膜下肌瘤电切术安全、可靠,充分显示了微创手术的优越性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the key points, curative effect and superiority of submucosal myoma of uterus treated by electric excision under hysteroscope. Methods Treated the 67 cinical diagnoses of submucosal myoma of uterus （among them, 37 cases are types 0,22 types 1,8 types Ⅱ）, which had a maximal diameter of 3 cm with electric excision under hysteroscope. Results All of 67 patients underwent the hysteroscope electrocisions successfully without complications, and the clinical efficacy were satisfied after follow-up period too, which lasted from 6 months to 2 years. Conclusion Submucosal myoma of uterus treated by electric excision under hysteroscope is safe and reliable, and it fully shows the superiority to us, which deserves further clinical applications.
