快速血糖仪与生化分析仪检测血糖结果比较

Comparison of results of blood glucose detection obtained by quick blood glucose monitor and biochemical analytical instrument

目的研究快速血糖仪与生化分析仪测定血糖的差异性及相关性,探讨快速血糖仪测定血糖的可靠性。方法同时用快速血糖仪和生化分析仪测定内分泌科90位病人的血糖。结果两种方法均具有良好的精密度和高度相关性(P<0.001);当血糖>22.2mmol/L时,两种方法的结果差别有显著性意义(P<0.05),当血糖≤22.2mmol/L时,其结果无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论快速血糖仪测定血糖精密度高,结果准确可靠。只是对于极端浓度血糖(如血糖>22.2mmol/L),最好是抽静脉血在生化分析仪上复查血糖。

Objective To evaluate the precision and accuracy of the quick glucometer for detection of blood glucose after comparing results of blood glucose obtained by quick blood glucose monitor and biochemical analytical instrument. Methods A random sample of 90 patients in Endocrine branch was chosen and their blood glucose level were detected by using above two instruments respectively. Results The comparison analysis illustrated both two methods showed high precision and correlation （P〈0.001）. When blood glucose concentration〉 22.2mmol/L,a significantly difference between the two methods was fund （P〈0.05）. However, when blood glucose concentration 〈or=22.2 mmol/L, there was no significantly difference between the two methods（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The precision of the quick glucometer for detection of blood glucose is high; the result is stable and reliable. However, when the blood glucose concentration〉22.2mmol/L, it is better to use biochemical analytical instrament to re-detect the blood glucose.
