彩色灰阶血流成像在血管病变中的应用

Clinical Application of ColorB-flow Imaging in Diseade of vasculature

目的探讨彩色灰阶血流成像在血管病变检查中的应用价值。方法对40例患者的110根血管在常规二维模式,彩色多普勒成像模式(CDFI)和彩色灰阶血流成像模式(colorB-flowimaging)下对比观察。结果在动脉斑块,静脉血栓形成,弯曲血管及假性动脉瘤等的疾病的图像显示中,模式优于CDFI模式和常规二维成像模式。结论colorB-flowimaging模式在血管病变的检查中能够明显提高图像质量,提供更多信息。

Objective To explore the value of color B-flow imaging diseade of vasculatures. Methods 110 brtanch vasculatures of 40patients were observed with color B-flow imaging mode and compared with B-mode and CDFI mode. Results color B-flow imaging mode was superior to B-mode and CDFI mode in show off plage of artery and venous thrombosis and bent vaseulatures and false aneurism. Conclusion color B-flow imaging mode can advance definition of images and more data in examination of vasculatures.
