高脂血症和脂蛋白受体与脑动脉粥样硬化的关系
摘要
动脉粥样硬化已经被公认为是脑血管病的最常见危险因素之一，参与脑梗塞和脑出血的发病过程。动脉粥样硬化和高脂血症尤其是和高胆固醇血症有关。脑动脉粥样硬化其发病原因和脂质代谢异常有密切关系，在脑动脉粥样硬化发生发展中高脂血症是损份内皮细胞和平滑肌的主要因素。动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞，占全部脑血管病的50％～60％。
