摘要
目的观察苦参水提物对心肌低氧小鼠耐低氧能力的影响。方法采用腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素制作心肌耗氧量增加小鼠模型。记录不同时间点的耗氧量和小鼠低氧存活时间。结果苦参水提物10和20g·kg-1灌服能明显延长小鼠的耐低氧存活时间,降低耗氧量。结论苦参水提物能增强心肌低氧小鼠的耐低氧能力,并具有一定的剂量依赖性。
Objective To study the effect of extract from sophora flavescens ait. on hypoxia tolerance in hypoxic cardiomyocyte mice. Methods The model of myocardium anoxia increase were induced by i. p. injected isoprenaline. Recorded the accumulative oxygen consumption at different time and the survival time of mice. Results After intragastrically administered with aqueous extract of sophora flavescens ait. at the dose of 10 and 20 g · kg^-1 respectively, the survival time were prolonged obviously and the oxygen consumption were reduced. Conclusion Aqueous extract of sophora flavescens ait. Remarkablly enhances the hypoxia tolerance in hypoxic cardiomyocyte mice in a dose related manner.
