摘要 对于铸件X射线缺陷检查,长期以来,一直采用铅房式图象增强器为核心的单件检查方式,由于图象增强器的固有特性,导致此方式的检测效果不理想、检测效率低等缺点。通道式X射线探伤自动线,以X射线数字扫描成像器为核心,采用数字成像技术,具有检测灵敏度高、速度快的特点。文中阐述了X射线探伤自动线的构成、原理、特点、关键指标及生产应用。 For the X-ray detection of castings,the individual detection by plumbean house image-intensifier has been used as the main way for a long time.Due to the inherent characteristics of the image-intensifier,the detected results using the way are not satisfied and with low efficiency.The channel X-ray detection transfer machine uses digital imaging technology and takes X-ray digital scan imager as its core,so it has a high sensitivity and a high speed on detection.The structure,principle,characteristics and key index of the X-ray detection transfer machine,as well as its production and application were represented in this paper.
