摘要
合成的双酚A型和苯酚型苯并恶嗪树脂,分别用其代替酚醛树脂制备了覆膜砂,并测试两种覆膜砂的性能。结果表明:与酚醛树脂覆膜砂相比,新型覆膜砂的覆膜温度低,强度高,气味小,固化速度稍慢,是一种很有发展前景的新型覆膜砂。
The bisphenol-A type and phenol type benzoxazines are synthesized,which is used to prepare coated sand instead of phenolic resin.The properties of the new resin coated sand and conventional phenolic resin coated sand are tested and compared.The results show that the benzoxazines resin coated sand has advantages as lower coated temperature,higher strength and smaller odour.It is a new type of coated sand with good development prospect,although its curing time is a little longer.
