摘要
目的为建立一个实用、有效的原发性乳腺癌治疗专家系统。方法采用层次分类诊断模型的方法,建立原发性乳腺癌术前、术后治疗、选择手术方式及TNM分期的专家系统。系统由主控模块、人机界面、推理机、知识获取模块、知识库和数据库六个部分组成,系统用TurboProlog语言编写,能在IBMPC及其兼容机上运行,工作语言为汉语。结果输入患者的一般情况、乳腺肿瘤的体征等,系统能迅速显示出该患者乳腺癌TNM分期、一种或几种术前治疗方法、应选择的手术方式、以及术后治疗方案等。结论临床初步应用表明系统在乳腺癌的临床治疗和教学中具有一定作用。
Objective:To establish a practical and effective computer expert system for treatment of primary breast cancer. Methods: A diagnostic model based on hierarchical classification was adopted to establish the expert system for pre and post operative therapies of primary breast cancer,to choose suitable surgical methods and to determine TNM staging. The system consisted of six parts main controlling module,main controlling module,I/O module,inference engine,knowledge acquisition module,knowledge base and data base. This expert system was written in PROLOG and was possible to be implemented on IBM PC and its compatible computer. The operator′s working language was Chinese. Results:After the input of patient′s general condition and properties of breast mass,the expert system rapidly printed TNM staging of the breast cancer and one or some pre operative therapies and the surgical methods,and also printed the therapies according to pathological diagnosis, regional lymph node status and so on. Conclusions: This computer expert system could become an useful assistant for clinical treatment and for teaching of breast cancer.
