译者的性别意识与翻译实践——谈性别视角下的《紫色》四译本

Translators’ Gender-Consciousness and Their Translation Practice:Four Translations of The Color Purple

为考察我国语境中译者性别意识与翻译实践之间的关系，本研究以艾丽斯·沃克的妇女主义小说《紫色》中译本为研究对象，在性别视角下，从译者个人背景、译者序、译文等方面，全面考察了陶洁（1998）、鲁书江（1986）、杨仁敬（1986、1987）的4个译本，主要探讨了以下三个问题：译者的性别意识是否会给翻译带来影响？女译者一定表现出女性主义倾向，而男译者一定对性别不敏感吗？译者的性别意识在翻译中是否受其它因素制约？

By carefully examining four Chinese translations of The Color Purple by Tao Jie （ 1998 ）, Lu Shujiang （1986） and Yang Renjing （ 1986,1987 ）, this paper mainly discusses the following three questions： firstly, will the translator＇s genderconsciousness influence their translations？ Secondly, is it true that woman translator always shows a feminist tendency, while man translator a gender - unawareness？ Thirdly, will the translator;s gender -consciousness be shadowed bv anv factors？
