介绍实施ERP系统的企业背景及其应用状况,以新的管理模式替代传统管理模式,企业的面貌和组织结构发生了巨大变化。
In this paper, the Company＇s background and application status of ERP system have been introduced, the new administration and management model has taken place of the traditional one in machinery and electricity equipment company. As a consequence, the company has taken on a new look and its organization structure has been greatly changed.
