摘要
针对挖掘装载机挖掘装置回转过程中存在的稳定性问题,对回转过程进行运动分析,判断其回转稳定性,找出影响因素,然后用Matlab仿真软件中的Simulink对其进行动态特性仿真,证明通过对几个关键参数的优化能改善回转过程的动态性能。
Focus on the stability while excavating device of backhoe - loader makes rotation motion, kinematic analysis of rotation process is made, and the rotation stability is judged, then the effect factors are pointed out in this paper. Using Simulink in the software Matlab to imitate the dynamic characteristics, it is proved that optimization of the key parameters could help to improve the backhoe - loader characteristics in rotation process.
