摘要
根据偏置凸轮机构的运动几何关系公式,用许用压力角代替最大压力角,得出凸轮设计基圆半径与偏距的关系式。根据凸轮机构的受力情况,分析偏置凸轮机构(与对心凸轮机构相比)的优劣,从而得出偏距的取值范围。分析凸轮机构从动件的常用运动规律,并分别得到基圆半径与偏距的最优函数关系式。为凸轮机构的数字化设计提供便利条件。
According to the formula of geometric relation, the formula between base radius and eccentricity is obtained by replacing the maximum pressure angle with the allowable pressure angle. In this paper, based on the state of force, the advantages and disadvantages of eccentric cam mechanism are discussed comparing with non - eccentric cam mechanism, and the range of eccentricity is obtained accordingly. As the normal motion regularities of the follower of cam mechanism are discussed, the best relative formulas are obtained respectively. It is convenient for the digital design of eccentric cam mechanism.
