摘要
在Zarrouk培养基中加入不同质量浓度的Vc,研究Vc对钝顶螺旋藻生长的影响。试验结果表明,Vc能提高螺旋藻的藻胆蛋白含量,促进螺旋藻的生长,Vc的最佳作用质量浓度为300 mg/L。
Different levels of vitamin C were added to Zarrouk culture medium to investigate the effect of vitamin C concentration on the growth of alga Spirulina platensis.The results showed that vitamin C improved the content of phycobiliproteins,and promoted the growth of the alga.It was found that 300 mg/L vitamin C was the optimum content in the algal culture medium.
