摘要
控制系统综合试验是运载火箭控制系统研制过程中重要的地面试验,其作用是对控制系统性能、功能的工程实现的正确性进行检查和确认。基于摄动制导的综合试验设计方式已不能完全满足采用预测闭路制导方式的控制系统功能验证的需要。为此,提出建立对综合试验环境下控制系统工作过程和输出进行一定精度的模拟的计算机仿真系统,称之为虚拟试验系统。探讨了以虚拟试验系统为平台进行综合试验的设计,特别是对闭路导引条件下模拟飞行弹道进行设计的方法,使得模拟飞行总检查方案满足多方面复杂的约束条件,实现对制导、姿态控制功能工程实现正确性的覆盖性的检查。通过实际试验证明设计结果具有较高的可信度。
Integrated experiment for validating the capability and function of the engineering solution of the control system is a very inportant ground experiment in the development cycle for the control system of launch vehicle. The integrated experiment based on perturbation guidance can't satisfy the need of development of new type lauch vehicle based on prediction closed loop guidance. Therefore, the paper proposes a computer simulation system called virtual experiment system to simulate the working process and output of the control system under the background of the integratted experiment. The integrated experiment design can help to check the validity of engineering solution of the guidance and control comprehensively. It has been proved that the design result is believable.
