船用汽轮机本体建模仿真与可视化监控

摘要 针对部队训练和院校教学的需要,以某型船用蒸汽动力装置模拟器研究课题为背景,以汽轮机本体为研究对象,采用模块化建模方式建立了汽轮机本体的数学模型,并利用M INIS通用仿真平台与工控组态软件Intouch,开发了汽轮机本体的动态仿真与可视化监控程序。最后在DDE通讯的支持下构建了PC网络平台,实现了模型从暖机加速到经济航速和模型在全工况下速关阀关闭时的动态仿真与监控调节。该系统不仅较好地满足了某型船用蒸汽动力装置模拟器的要求,而且教学效果良好。 Because of the need of training navy soliders and teaching university students, on the basis of a research subject for a simulator of a steam power unit, a dynamic mathematic model of a steam turbine is established. The general used simulation software MINIS and the factory control software INTOUCH are used to develop the dynamic simulation and visual monitoring program for the steam turbine. And supported by the DDE ( dynamic data dxchange) a Local Area Network has been established, then based on it, two simulation and monitoring processes have been realized by the program: one is that the model speeds up from engine warmingup to economic speed; another is that the model closes the main stop valve in all regime state. The system meets the demand of the research subject for a simulator of a steam power unit, and its teaching effect is good.
