摘要
高炉回旋区是高炉的重要组成部分,其内部的物理化学状态严重影响到高炉的冶炼状况。利用计算流体力学软件CFX对回旋区内存在的焦炭热解、焦炭燃烧、焦炭颗粒的轨道运动以及气体湍流等过程进行了数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明:回旋区内,气流呈双涡旋分布,焦炭粒子数为1000时,在水平面内CO气体的峰值浓度约为27.4%;模拟高炉的煤气流分布的基本规律为中心气流弱,边缘气流强,与大量高炉操作实践相吻合;高炉回旋区的CFX数值模拟结果与高炉实验结果趋势基本一致,为进一步研究高炉回旋区和指导高炉操作提供了有意义的探索。
The raceway is one of the most important parts of the blast furnace (BF). The physical and chemical state of the raceway has great influence on the BF smelting. In this article, the software CFX, one of Computational Fluid Dynamics software, has been applied to complete the numerical resolution of the processing of coke pyrogenation, coke burning, coke trajectory movement, and air turbulence. Two eddy flows have been found in the BF raceway. The maximum concentration of CO is about 27.4% under the condition of 1000 coke particles. The distribution rule of the gas flow is that the gas flow is tiny in the center of BF and the gas flow is strong in the BF fringe. This is in accord with lots BF operations. The results of the numerical resolution are basically in accord with the BF experiment results. It provided a significative approach for the further study on BF raceway and guidance for BF operation.
