摘要
本文从政府对有线数字电视进行规制的必要性、中国有线数字电视政府规制的现状以及有线数字电视规制的完善等三方面来分析政府在有线数字电视推广进程中的作用,旨在为实践提供参考。
This article alms to analyze the role that govenunent plays in the reform from three aspects the necessity of governmental administration, the current situation of China＇s governmetal administration of digital cable TV and the perfecting of govemmetal administration of digital cable TV to supply references.
