摘要 目的研究NF-κB和Stat3信号通路在胃癌组织中的活化状态及其与胃癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化、RT-PCR和W estern蛋白印迹等方法,在胃癌组织和细胞系中检测NF-κB和Stat3的活化状态。结果NF-κB和Stat3在胃癌组织中的表达明显高于癌前病变组织(P<0.01);并在胃癌细胞系中处于活化状态。结论NF-κB和Stat3信号通路在胃癌组织中呈活化状态,与胃癌发生、发展密切相关。 Objective To illustrate the activation status of NF-kB, Stat3 signalings and their correlations with gastric carcinogenesis. Methods Immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR and western blotting were adopted to detect NF-kB and Stat3 signaling activations in the gastric cancer tissues and cell lines. Results Expressions of NF-kB and Stat3 were significantly higher in the cancer tissues compared with premalignant tissues (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion -Conclusion NF-kB and Stat3 signalings were activated in gastric cancer tissues and associated with gastric carcinogenesis.
