高效液相色谱法测定银杏叶提取物中槲皮素的含量

Highperformance Liquid Chromatographic Determination of Quercetin in Extract of Ginkgo biloba L. Leaves

采用反相高效液相色谱法分离银杏叶提取物中黄酮类化合物并测定其中槲皮素含量。ＹＷＧＣ１８（０４６ｃｍ×１５ｃｍ）色谱柱，流动相甲醇水磷酸（５０∶４９８∶０２），检测波长３６０ｎｍ。回收率在９５３％～１０３２％之间，ＲＳＤ为１８６％。

This paper reports the HPLC determination of one of the flavones quercetin in the extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves.Quercetin was separated completely on an YWG C 18 column(0.46cm×15cm),using a mixture of methanol,water and phosphoric acid(50∶49.8∶0.2) as mobile phase,with UV detection at 360nm.The results have shown the recoveries to be between 95.3%～103.2% and RSD 1.86%.
