摘要
目的调查射击训练对武警新兵听力的影响,探讨降低听力损伤的保护措施。方法将111名新兵随机分为无防护组和防护组,调查射击训练后耳鸣、头痛、头晕发生情况及持续时间,鼓膜及言语纯音测听值改变情况。结果耳鸣发生率28.38%,以高调、右耳为主,1周内消失;头痛发生率10.81%,眩晕发生率4.50%。鼓膜异常率23.87%,无防护组明显高于防护组(P<0.01)。射击后1、3 d言语平均纯音测听值高于射击前(P<0.05),无防护组言语平均纯音测听值高于防护组(P<0.05),射击后1、2、6月言语平均纯音测听值与射击前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论短暂射击训练不会引起明显听力损伤,防护措施可降低听力损伤。
Objective To investigate into the influence of short time shooting training on recruits' Hearing, and to approach the protective measure in order to lower the hearing impairment. Methods A total of 111 recruits were divided into' protected group and unprotected group at random. Such information was researched after shooting training as tinnitus, headache and dizziness, alteration of the pure tone test value of eardrum and speech, and their persisting time. Results The incidence rate of tinnitus was 28.38% ,which mainly happened in the right ears of the unprotected group with a lofty tone and disappeared within one week at last. The incidence rate of headache, dizziness and the dysfunction rate in the unprotected group were obviously higher than that in the protected group ( P 〈 0.01 ), which were 10.81% , 4.50% and 23.87 % , respectively. The average value of pure tone test for speech was lower before shooting than 1 and 3 day (s) after shooting ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the value was higher in the unprotected group than in the protected group significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). The average value of pure tone test for speech before shooting similar to that 1 and 3 month(s) after shooting (P 〉0.05 ), and there was not significant difference between the unprotected group and the protected group (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The short time shooting training can not produce recruits' manifest hearing impairment which may be degraded by applying protective measure.
