凝固浴DMAc质量分数对吸附剂/聚醚砜杂化膜通透性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以聚醚砜为膜基质材料,微米级粉末状吸附剂为功能性颗粒,以不同质量分数的DMAc溶液为凝固浴,采用相转化的方法,制备吸附剂/聚醚砜杂化膜.研究了凝固浴质量分数对杂化膜的形态结构、纯水通量以及牛血清蛋白截留率的影响.结果表明:随着凝固浴质量分数逐渐增加,杂化膜内部的海绵状结构越来越明显;其纯水通量首先呈下降趋势,但当凝固浴质量分数超过60%以后又开始上升;杂化膜对牛血清蛋白的截留率,与水通量正好相反,先呈上升的趋势,当凝固浴质量分数超过60%后又开始下降. The hybrid membranes are formed by a phase inversion method, using polyethersulfone as membrane matrix material, using adsorptive particles with micron particle size as functional group and DMAc solution with diffent mass fraction as coagulating bath. The effects of mass fraction of DMAc in coagulating bath on morphology, pure water flux, rejection of BSA of hybrid membranes are characterized. The results show that the sponginess morphology arise step by step with increasing of mass fraction of DMAc in coagulating bath. And the pure water flux declines firstly and then increases when the mass fraction of DMAc in coagulating bath is over 60%. But the rejection of BSA increases firstly and then declines when the mass fraction of DMAc in coagulating bath is over 60%.
