摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2功能整理剂.X射线衍射(XRD)表明主要为锐钛矿型纳米TiO2.采用该整理剂通过浸-轧工艺处理织物,研究其对纯棉织物的抗紫外线和抗菌性能影响.结果表明:整理后织物的防护因子(UPF)值有很大提高,UPF等级达到50++的水平;织物对于大肠杆菌具有明显的抗菌性能,而且具有良好的耐洗性;整理织物有较好的白度保留率,断裂强力增加.
A functional nano-TiO2 finishing agent is prepared by sol-gel method, which is mainly anatase-type nano-TiO2 eharacterized by X-ray diffi'action (XRD). The cotton fabric is treated with nano-TiO2 finishing agent by dip-pad method. The results show that the finished cotton fabric has very high UPF (ultraviolent proteetion faetor) value and the UPF rate reaches 50++. The treated fabric has remarkable antibacterial activity aginst Eeoli and shows good wash fastness. The retentivity of whiteness of treated fabric is good and breaking strength is improved.
