摘要
针对经絮凝剂聚合氯化铝预处理之后的造纸厂缺氧/好氧(A/O)污水处理系统二沉池出水,采用中试规模的连续微滤(CMF)和反渗透(RO)集成工艺进行深度处理,研究了CMF+RO集成工艺的处理效果.试验结果表明,CMF产水各项指标满足RO进水要求,CODCr平均87.7 mg/L,悬浮固体3.1 mg/L,浊度0.17 NTU,色度23.4 PCU,去除率分别高达39%、85.7%、98.3%和48.2%;RO产水CODCr平均3.2 mg/L,浊度0.07NTU,色度4.1 PCU,电导率41.8μS/cm,脱盐率高达99%,满足造纸工艺回用水的要求.
A pilot-scaled continuous membrane filtration (CMF) and reverse osmosis integrated technics is used for the treatment of secondary sedimentation tank effluent in an anaerobic/aerobic treatment system from a paper mill after pretreated by using PAC as flocculant. The results show that the CMF permeate satisfies all requirements of RO influent, which CODCr, SS, turbidity and chroma are 87.7 mg/L, 3.1 mg/L, 0.17 NTU and 23.4 PCU on average respectively, and the removals of CODa, SS, turbidity and chroma are high to 39%, 85.7%, 98.3% and 48.2% by the CMF system. RO permeate meets the requirements of water quality for paper manufacturing in every aspects, which CODc,, turbidity and chroma is 3.2 mg/L, 0.07 NTU and 4.1 PCU on average respectively, conductivity is less than 41.8μS/cm, and salts rejection is high to 99%.
