摘要
以可编程控制器(PLC)为主控制器控制整个织机,以触摸屏作为人机界面输入织造参数并显示织机工作状态,以变频器控制主电机,PLC控制电磁阀和相应元件,实现电子多臂、电子多梭箱控制以及电子自动任意投梭等功能,完成了有梭织机的机电一体化改造.
PLC is taken as the main controller to control the loom. The touch screen is taken as the human interface to input the weaven parameters and show the working state of the loom. The frequency converter control the main electronic motor and PLC control the solenoid valve and corresponding components to realize the function of electronic dobby, electronic controlling of shuttle box and electronic automatic picking. By this way, the transformation of shuttle loom' mechanical-electrical integration is completed.
