摘要
定期评价教师的教学质量是高校办学过程中的一项重要工作.为了客观公正地评价教师的教学质量,本文提出了教学质量评价的协方差分析模型,给出了模型的参数估计与假设检验的计算公式.并结合实例给出了其SPSS实施过程,为教学质量的科学评价提供了一种重要的可操作方法.
It is an important work for the colleges and universities to evaluate the teaching quality periodically. A covariance analysis model is put forward to appraise teaching quality, and some calculation functions on the point estimation and testing hypothesis about the model with regression analysis method are introduced. At last, the course of SPSS achievement completely is expounded with an actual example. This provides important basis for scientific management of teaching quality.
