摘要
分析了聚合釜生产能力低的原因,并通过改造密闭进料工艺、注水工艺和使用10℃冷冻水等措施,提高了单釜生产能力,每年单釜多产树脂1903.8t,取得了显著的经济效益。
The reasons of capacity reduction of polymerizer were analysed. The capacity of individual batch were improved by innovation of closed feed process, feed water process and application of 10 ℃ refrigerant water. The contents of resin of single batch exceed original per year by 1903.8 t. The profits were received.
